High energy levels are a prerequisite to outstanding achievement.
Every high achiever has developed their ability to dig deep and find extra energy levels when the going gets tough.
Often it is this skill set that is the difference between winning and losing.
The Starting Point:
You should identify what are your energy sappers e.g. lack of sleep, type of food we eat late at night just prior to sleeping, lack of physical exercise. Once you know what they are whenever possible avoid them
You should also indentify your short term energy raisers e.g. coffee, motivational/inspiratioinal music, chocolate/energy bar, exercise. Again, once you know what they are you have a set of tools to use, as when you need to.
